Peter has been a member of BOD of the Company since its inception and appointed President Director in 3^rd Quarter 2020. Peter attained his experience in energy business since 2005 by managing strategic matters in energy companies (such as Santos Australia, Star Energy Oil & Gas and Star Energy Geothermal) as a direct report to CEO. For nine years in his earlier career, Peter worked at Big Four firms (such as Coopers & Lybrand [now PwC] and KPMG) where he managed teams of professionals who provided consultancy and audit services to multi-national / multi-industry clients.

With over 20 years of rich experience in the power generation industry at Indonesia Power (PLN), Yosefan has proven himself as a highly skilled and accomplished leader. His extensive expertise spans business development, construction, and the operation and maintenance of various types of power plants. Notably, he served as a senior manager in the Grati Combined-Cycle Gas Power Plant in 2022 and the Saguling Hydro Power Plant in 2023. Driven by a profound passion, Yosefan is dedicated to establishing Indonesia’s premier coal-fired power plant reference.

With over 20 years of experience in the Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical Industries, Jonny has successfully developed, acquired, and financed several large-scale projects. During his time with Singapore Power, Jonny was responsible for the development of strategic greenfield power projects in Asia, and the acquisition of transmission & distribution businesses in Australia, as well as arranging for the related project financing. After joining Barito Pacific Group, he was tasked to lead the development & management of the groups’ new Oil & Gas concessions in Indonesia.

With 20 years of rich experience in the power generation industry with Indonesia Power (PLN), Dharu has established himself as a highly skilled and accomplished leader in the field.  His expertise lies in operation & maintenance (engineering), consistently leading complex power plants. Dharu is driven by a deep passion for establishing Indonesia’s best in class coal-fired power plant reference.

Ryu started working for Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO) 26 years ago at Generation department of Taean Coal Power Plant. After more than 10 years of experience at Hadong Coal Power Plant (500 MW x 8), he has several times assigned to overseas businesses as senior manager at Ilijan combined-cycle Power Station Philippines in 2013 and KSPC Coal Power Plant Philippines in 2019, and as Plant Director at Qatrana CCPP Jordan in 2021.

Erwin Ardianto possesses 20 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance as well as Corporate Communication, Governance and Procurement within the PLN Group and PT Indonesia Power (IP) where he has developed and demonstrated his sound skill and knowledge of the field. Starting 2002 in PT Indonesia Power, Erwin has climbed the corporate ladder from the Suralaya Business Unit, PT Cogindo DayaBersama, and PT Haleyora Power. He was assigned to PT Indo Raya Tenaga in 30 November 2022.

With more than 30 years’ extensive experience and training in various E&C project execution, Steve is an expert at Project Management, and has been appointed and positioned as Senior Manager of Engineering and Development Project, Project Director and Project Advisor to many companies. Since 2017, Steve has been assigned to PT Indo Raya Tenaga, as General Manager Development Project of Jawa 9-10 Power Plant project.

Rizky has more than 12 years of experience in the finance industry. He started his career at Bank Mandiri, Indonesia’s largest bank asset. In 2010, he joined Star Energy Geothermal, Indonesia’s leading geothermal energy producer, where he worked on several key corporate finance transactions. In 2016, he joined Hitay Energy Holdings, a prominent Turkish group, to assist Hitay on the development of geothermal concession area in West Sumatra. He re-joined Barito Group in 2017 as Senior Manager of Planning & Corporate Financing in PT Indo Raya Tenaga.

Ronggo has more than 25 years of experience. His services at PT Indonesia Power as Maintenance Engineer at UP Priok for 6 years before transferred to be several positions in the Supply Chain Management such as Head of Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory and Procurement Manager. Ronggo has experienced in Procurement for 15 years and has become Procurement Managers at IP Unit and Head Office since 2013. In early 2022, he transferred to PT Indo Raya Tenaga as VP Commercial.

Lee Suk Mun has over 30 years of experience as a Power Plant’s Engineer. He dedicated his career to KEPCO & KOMIPO, South Korea’s foremost power companies. A highlight of his career includes successfully navigating challenges in the Cirebon TPP Project in Indonesia. He takes pride in collaboration with his Indonesian colleagues and am excited about the prospect of contributing expertise to JAWA 9-10 Project as a valuable member of IRT.

Kardi has over 32 years of experience in Steam Power Plants. He served at PT Indonesia Power as an Operations Engineer at Perak Grati PGU for 5 years before being transferred to several Operations and Maintenance positions at PT. Indonesia Power Suralaya PGU, such as Senior Supervisor of Operations and Commercial Planning, FABA Management Manager, Maintenance Manager for Units 1-4, Maintenance Manager for Units 5-7, and Land Preparation Coordinator of PLTU Jawa 9 and 10.

Transferred to PT Indo Raya Tenaga in August 2019 as Deputy General Manager of Operation and Integration Project Development PLTU Jawa 9 and 10 and later in November 2023, he was appointed as VP of Health, Safety, and Environment.

Dony has over 20 years of experience in power plants, Dony started his career at PLTGU Priok and gained experience thru varies position starting from an operator, environmental officer, asset management and maintenance planning. Pursuing his career and experience as Asset Management Manager at PT. Indonesia Power Head Office, Maintenance planner, QHSE field at PLTGU Priok and Maintenance Manager at PLTU Suralaya.

He is joining PT Indo Raya Tenaga in July 2023 appointed as VP Engineering.

Tisna has over 31 years of experience with PT PLN (Persero). He started his service in PLN Group as an accountant analyst, and branch manager, leading the Administration Head and Customer Service Division, also the Head of Internal Auditors before he was assigned as Executive Vice President, General Affairs, at PT PLN (Persero). He was assigned as President and Commissioner of PT PLN Batubara in 2022.

Tisna joined IRT in January 2023 as RICC (Risk Internal Control Compliance) & PLN Relation Advisor.

With more than 10 years in business development, Daryawan started his career in Samsung C&T Corp in Seoul in charge of power development in Asia and Africa and successfully secured projects for the Korean companies. Upon return to Indonesia and assisting Samsung’s Jakarta office he handled Indonesian market development that include Power business, LNG business, Healthcare and Infrastructure business and Biomass trading.

Joined IRT in 2023 assisting IRT Board of Directors as JV and Business Development Advisor.
